The NEO range is intended for daily use during the initial treatment: sessions of 30 minutes each day for 5 weeks.
Once your treatment is completed, you will need to move on to the maintenance phase. 1 to 2 sessions per week will be enough to maintain and improve the results achieved. The sessions will be done with the patches of your choice.
Application must be made to clean, dry skin. Do not add any cosmetic treatment before applying the patches. We recommend double cleansing the skin before application to remove any remaining makeup, cream/oil, sweat or sebum. Apply your patches immediately after cleaning.
Do not apply hydroalcoholic gel to the back of your patches. Our advice: you can re-moisten the conductive gel by moistening it with a drop of water before placing it back on its support.
If your device tends to turn on less well, or you feel less stimulation, this is a sign that a battery change is necessary. Change your batteries with new batteries, taken out of the blister. We advise you to use the recommended Maxell brand batteries for optimal charge content.

We recommend waiting between 15 to 21 days after any surgical procedure before resuming your sessions.

We recommend storing your patches in a cool and dry place, away from light and any heat source. You can also store them in the fridge, especially in hot weather.

Patches must be applied to clean, dry skin. If the skin is not cleaned well enough, the patch may not adhere completely. After cleansing your skin, apply your patches immediately. Each patch is reusable 7 to 8 times. Beyond that, the conductive gel is altered and no longer adheres. Be sure to change them regularly.
Our devices do not in any way eliminate facial fat. On the contrary, they regenerate the tissues in order to restore volume at the top. On the other hand, they will have a draining action on faces prone to water retention, making it possible to lighten the lower part of the face.
