What are the contraindications?

It is strictly forbidden to use Skeen Patch if you have a pacemaker, are pregnant or have severe acne. If in doubt, ask your doctor for advice.

What is the difference between wired and mobile patches?

Wired patches can be used for well-being AND beauty applications. They cover all the areas of the body indicated in your application instructions.

Nomad patches can be used for 2 aesthetic applications: stomach and arms. They should not be used on other parts of the body. They are generally used under clothing for outdoor use.

What is the difference between the SOLO and DUO boxes?

The SOLO set contains a device and 4 wired electrodes. It can be used for a limited range of applications. It is generally used for the treatment of bladder weakness.

The DUO set contains 2 devices, 8 electrodes and 4 mobile electrodes. This set can be used for all the well-being AND beauty applications indicated in your instructions. It also makes it possible to treat larger areas: the whole back, 2 limbs at the same time, the whole leg, etc.) and therefore save time in achieving results.

What's the difference between the 3 BodyCorps programmes?

P1/ Programme 1: Regeneration

P2/Programme 2: Osteoarthritis, medicine

Are wired and mobile Body patches reusable? Do they need to be cleaned?

The body patches can be reused up to 25 times. They do not need to be washed, but make sure you clean your skin before applying them, and remove all traces of sweat, make-up or oily products.

How long are the appliances guaranteed?

All our SkeenPatch devices come with a 2-year parts and labour warranty, excluding breakage and accessories (patches and batteries).

My appliance won't turn on, what should I do?

Reminder: the device switches on after pressing for 3 seconds on the ON button

It is essential to replace the batteries with AAA MAXELL or DURACELL batteries only.

Are the patches reusable?

The patches can be reused up to a maximum of 10 times, but this depends on how well the skin has been cleansed beforehand and on the type of skin.

How long are the appliances guaranteed?

The devices, excluding accessories (patches and batteries), are guaranteed for 2 years, parts and labour excluding breakage.

How often is it used?

We recommend daily use during the treatment. Once the cure is over, it is recommended to switch to maintenance sessions at least once or twice a week. But the Skeen Patch can be used every day.

My device no longer works, what can I do?

If you notice a malfunction, please check these points: replace the CR2032 battery after about twenty hours of use. SkeenPatch devices are compatible with only 2 brands of batteries: MAXELL or DURACELL.

Duracell batteries have a protective film on one side, so make sure you remove it.

Why only these 2 brands? SkeenPatch devices are designed for frequent use and must be used with high-capacity batteries that can hold a charge continuously. If you use other brands, the device may work sometimes, and then stop working another time.

What should I use to clean my skin before applying it? Can I add a cosmetic treatment?

It is highly recommended to clean the skin before applying the Skeen Patch, with any product from your routine, without any fatty substance. Do not add any cream or serum before applying the patches, the skin must be bare.

How do I clean the patches?

The patches can be reused several times by keeping them on their original backing and do not wash off.

What intensity/power to use?

The power should be gentle. The device has an intensity range of 1 to 10. You change the intensity according to the areas you are going to treat.

You should feel a slight stimulation, but not to the point of contracting the facial muscles. This is not the goal.

Can Skeen Patch be used in case of dental floss, fillings or thyroid problems?

Yes, the only contraindications are wearing a pacemaker, pregnancy and severe acne (open wounds). If in doubt, ask your GP for advice.

How long are the appliances guaranteed?

How long is the SkeenPatch session?

The duration of the session can vary between 30 and 120 minutes for the anti-ageing package.

Between 30 and 60 minutes for the NEO box.

It depends on your age: from the age of 40, you can increase the duration of each session.

My patches don't stick

Patches last up to 8 uses.

Make sure your skin is thoroughly cleansed before applying the patches.

We recommend :

  • An enzymatic scrub once a week to rid the skin of dead cells that will remain on the patch after each use.
  • Before each session SkeenPatch :
  • Double cleaning : cleansing oil first + cleansing milk
  • Finish with rose hydrosol
  • As soon as the skin is dryapply your patches immediately (if you wait too long, the skin will have time to secrete sebum)
