The present general conditions of sale determine the rights and obligations of the company i.Management and the buyer in the context of the sale of goods offered by the company i.Management on its website and/or outside it.
In the case of sales on its website, as this is a contract concluded at a distance using an electronic method, the company i.Management intends to identify itself to the buyer:

2. OFFERS AND PRICES
All product offers on the site are limited to the territories defined on this page DELIVERY & RETURNS.
As the contract is offered in French and English, i.Management excludes all responsibility in the event of misunderstanding by an Internet user who does not master the French or English language.
The offer is made for a fixed period of time, the buyer should pay attention to the time limit of the offer as specified on the website www.myskeenpatch.com
The prices are indicated in the online order form. They are indicated in euros, including all taxes, but excluding the fixed contribution to the delivery costs.
The shipping costs include a contribution to the preparation and packaging costs as well as the postage costs. They are fixed for each box ordered.
3. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
1:How to order on the site
From the website :
- select your product by clicking on the photo,
- specify the desired quantity, and add to the basket a confirmation of the addition opens on the screen
- to pay: click on pay
- select the country of delivery then validate
- check medical contraindications, validate the general conditions of sale and validate the whole
- enter the payment method
- for credit card payments only: receipt of a payment confirmation by email
The order is only validated after confirmation of payment:
- by credit card when the banking platform returns the transaction validation message,
- by bank cheque, postal order or international money order when the documents are received by i.Management,
- by bank transfer when the information is brought to the attention of i.Management by its bank.

If you pay for your order in installments, you agree to Alma's general customer conditions. as well as Alma special conditions for I.Management clients.
4. ACCEPTED MEANS OF PAYMENT
The Buyer agrees to pay the cost of the products purchased and any additional amounts (including any taxes and surcharges at the legal interest rate, in the event of delay, if any) that may be incurred in respect of or in connection with its purchases.
In this respect, the buyer has the following payment options at his or her discretion:
> By credit card (secure payment).
i.MANAGEMENT uses the electronic commerce solution of the bank Caisse Régionale du Crédit Agricole Sud Méditerranée.
The buyer is thus assured of the protection of his transactions. The banking information provided at the time of the confirmation of an order is never transmitted in clear text on the Internet, thus avoiding any risk of piracy. The data is encrypted in 128 bits, the highest level of encryption allowed.
i.Management specifies that payment is made directly on the CRCASM banking platform and that i.Management has no access to the buyer's credit card code.
> By bank cheque in euros
It is enough for the buyer to indicate "payment by cheque" when ordering on line then to send his cheque to the order of i.MANAGEMENT 80 rue Curial 75019 Paris indicating his order number. The order is validated from the moment the cheque is cashed by the bank of i.Management.
> By bank transfer
The buyer simply indicates "bank transfer" when ordering online, and then places the transfer order on i.Management's bank account with the order number as the reference. The order is processed once the transfer corresponding to the totality of the order is credited to i.Management's account. All bank charges are borne by the customer.
> By postal order
The buyer simply needs to indicate "postal order" when ordering online and attach his order number to the order. The order is processed upon receipt of the money order. The money order must cover the entire order. All bank charges are borne by the customer.
5. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
For France, the delivery is made by Colissimo (delivery without signature; delivery within 48 hours*).
Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories are made by Colissimo Export Outre Mer (72 hours*).
Deliveries to European countries (see Annex 1) are made by Colissimo Export International (delivery time 48 hours*).
(*) The estimated delivery time is to be taken into account the day management dispatches orders, i.e. the same day for orders validated before 12 noon, or the following day. Orders are not dispatched during weekends or on public holidays. Orders are not delivered on Saturdays and Sundays.
The estimated delivery time does not take into account unplanned delays that may prevent delivery in time (bad weather, momentary breakage, delay by customs for foreign countries and DOM TOM), nor delivery problems attributable to the carrier, nor those due to the client (incorrect or incomplete address). Any complaint must be addressed within ten days from the date of validation of the order.

i.Management gives the buyer a parcel tracking number when the parcel is shipped, and can inform the buyer at any time of its status thanks to the Colissimo tracking system.
When the item is available it will be sent to you within one working day after confirming your order.
If the product is not available, the customer will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone of the estimated delivery date.
For certain destinations, i.Management may use couriers other than Colissimo to deliver the parcel. i.Management will then communicate the information necessary to track the parcel by e-mail to the customer.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The buyer may exercise his right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code within 14 days of receipt of the products.
This right is exercised by returning the products to i.Management, with only the shipping costs remaining at the buyer's expense.
The products must be in their original condition and packaging, unopened, unsealed, unused, and not missing, and returned by registered Colissimo at your expense within 14 days of your delivery.
No returns will be accepted after this 14 day period. Only unopened products will be refunded.
Please indicate on the back of the invoice originally included in your package the reason for the return. Packages for which no element is attached to identify the sender (order number, name, first name, address) cannot be returned.

Please allow 30 working days for your return to be processed. Refunds will be made either :
- By a cheque for the purchase price of the product(s) purchased and sent to the billing address indicated at the time of ordering. Either
- By refunding a credit card that has already been charged.
The costs and risks associated with the return of the product shall be borne by the sender. The refund does not include the delivery costs.
In the case of free shipping, the flat-rate shipping cost is retained. This amount corresponds to the tariff in force on the day of the order.
However, the above-mentioned right of withdrawal is not applicable outside sales on the i.Management website. No withdrawal period is accepted in the case of direct purchases at i.Management's sales outlets, such as in shops, on its premises or any other designated premises, on i.Management's stands or any other designated stands at trade fairs and exhibitions. Delivery is made by handing over the product(s) directly to the buyer. It may also be carried out by sending the product(s) to the buyer after the direct sale to the buyer and on the above-mentioned sales sites. Any sale is then considered final. No retraction period is accepted.
No commercial guarantee other than the legal guarantees (articles L 211-1 to L 211-18 of the Consumer Code, guarantee against defects and hidden defects provided for by the Civil Code) is given by i.Management.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check the goods when they are picked up. In the event of damage or missing items, complaints about apparent defects or the non-conformity of the product(s) delivered, the customer shall make clear and precise reservations. It is up to the customer to provide any justification as to the reality of the anomalies noted. All reservations or claims must be addressed to i.Management within the time limits set out in Article L 133-3 of the French Commercial Code. Any guarantee is excluded in the event of defects and deterioration resulting from external events, accidents, sabotage, or any event having the characteristics of force majeure.
Any guarantee is excluded in particular in the event that the products are stored by the consumer in a manner that is unsuitable for their nature or are used in abnormal conditions or conditions that do not comply with the nature, requirements or suitability for use of the product(s).
8. RETURNS - EXCHANGES - REFUNDS
1 / Products
Apart from the right of withdrawal and the legal guarantees mentioned above, any product return must be subject to the prior agreement of i.Management and meet the required conditions. Without prior agreement and/or compliance with the return conditions, any package will be refused by i.Management and reshipped at the sender's expense.
Concerning product exchanges, your returns can be sent at your expense up to 7 days after your delivery. The cost of the forwarding expenses is fixed and varies according to the country of the recipient. We reship exchanges the day after we receive them in our premises.
No exchanges will be accepted after this 7 day period. We only exchange unopened boxes.
2 / RETURNED AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
Packages not claimed by customers are returned to i.Management by the transport company after two weeks in the post office. i.Management then sends a message to the customer to inform him of the return of the package. The return of the parcel is the responsibility of the customer and corresponds to the costs actually incurred by i.Management.

9. UNAVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCT
In the event of unavailability of the product ordered, the buyer will be informed of this unavailability as soon as possible by telephone or e-mail. i.Management will offer a full refund of the sums paid, and in any case within thirty (30) days of notification of the unavailability of the product, unless, where possible, a longer delivery period is agreed with the buyer under the conditions of point 5 above.
10. RESOLUTORY CLAUSE
In the event of non-payment, forty-eight hours after a formal notice has remained unsuccessful, the sale will be terminated by i.Management, which may request the return of the products without prejudice to any other damages. The sums remaining due for other deliveries will become immediately payable if i.Management does not opt to cancel the corresponding orders.
11. RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods sold remain the property of i.Management until full payment of the price. However, the risks relating to the goods will be transferred to the buyer or the carrier, as soon as the products are physically handed over.
12. ACCESS TO THIRD PARTY MATERIAL THROUGH THE I.MANAGEMENT WEBSITE
The buyer is therefore informed and aware that the i.Management website may contain information and/or elements that do not belong to i.Management and/or are not under its control. Consequently, the buyer acknowledges that i.Management shall not be held responsible for, nor shall it be considered as the accreditor of, any information, element or content belonging to a third party, which the buyer may access via the i.Management website or by means of a link from this site.
13. PERSONAL DATA
The site www.skeenpatch.eu respects the laws in force on the protection of privacy. In accordance with the law n° 78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms, you have a right of access, modification, correction and suppression of the data which concern you. i.Management accepts no responsibility for any damage that may have been caused by a virus or any other data corruption problem resulting from accessing, downloading or using its services, including, but not limited to, direct and indirect damage.
i.Management reserves the right to modify, terminate, suspend or discontinue at any time, for any reason and at its sole discretion, access to all or part of the site, including but not limited to content, functionality or hours of availability without prior notice.

16. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
For buyers located in France, this contract will be subject to French law and the legal rules of territorial jurisdiction or attribution will apply.
For buyers located in the European Union, this contract will be subject to French law, unless the conclusion of the contract was preceded by an advertisement or a proposal specially made by i.Management in the consumer's country. The competent court will be determined in accordance with the provisions of Community Regulation No. 44/2001 of 22 December 2000.
For consumers located in other countries: unless otherwise provided by mandatory legal provisions, this contract shall be governed by French law and any dispute arising from this contract shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
